This sizable mineral curiosity is a Goethite, Limonite, and Pyrolusite plate hailing from the historic mineral deposits of Germany. Each mineral is distinct, containing Iron and Manganese, and, collectively, exhibits a smooth, layered appearance. The European export is eye-catching, featuring a dimensional undulating form with large botryoidal crystals, a rich reddish-brown hue, and intense visual metallic luster. Measuring 16 inches (40.6 cm) at its maximum dimension, the dense, wedge-shaped example weighs approximately 68 kilograms (150 pounds). This is a unique specimen with a lot of visual appeal.
