Description

Marks to saddle blankets: (B-amphora), 3412
9-1/4 inches high (23.5 cm) (bronze)
The pair of bronzes depicting Kashmiri figures holding scepters atop elephants, dead tigers draped across saddle blankets tied down with ropes, accompanied by proud figures near back left legs walking with rifles over shoulders.

Condition Report*:
One example mounted to wooden base, some rubbing and minor chipping to paint, minor bending to rifle barrel, screw to clothing of walking figure to one appears to be an older replacement, otherwise presenting very well with wear commensurate with age and use.
