A lovely and extremely flashy single crystal of Elbaite from the Himalaya Mine that is topped with a sharp, beveled termination and shows strong gemminess throughout the entire crystal and very pronounced zoning to match. The bottom two-thirds of the crystal has a gentle olive-green color, which is topped by characteristic zones of bubble-gum pink and grass-green. Despite these three layers of color, if you look down the c-axis with lighting underneath, the Tourmaline shows rich yellow zoning throughout its center (visible from both the top and bottom of the crystal).
