One signed, titled, and dated in ink, verso. Two credited, titled, and dated in pencil and ink in an unknown hand, verso.

Condition Report*:
Overall, very good/excellent condition. Mount Desert Island, Maine has a small edge chip to the right extreme edge and is dry-mounted to a board measuring 8 x 10 inches. Vermont has a small drying spot near the lower center and is flush-mounted to a board. Trees Brewster has a bunch of scattered edge chips around the edges, four 1/4 inch line indentations to the center, visible in raking light, and is flush-mounted to a board. Two Leaves, Brewster, New York has a hard crease to the upper right corner, has several line creases in the image, visible in raking light, has scattered small edge chips to the edges, and is unmounted.
