Each signed, titled, and dated in pencil along lower edge
Condition Report*:
Each with mild light and time staining to the sheets. Under the Boardwalk has a very few scattered spots of mild foxing, visible verso. Studio Interior has adhesive residue and mild skinning to the upper edge, verso. With adhesive staining to the upper edge, recto. A few mended horizontal tears to the left edge. Both hinged to window mats measuring 18 x 22 inches, and the reverse. Unframed.
