We wish to thank Ralph Jentsch for his gracious assistance in cataloguing this lot, which will be included in the forthcoming catalogue raisonné of works on paper by George Grosz. A photo-certificate accompanies this lot.


Condition Report*: Hinged to support in upper right corners; overall image is strong; pinholes and tiny tears along edges; accretions in lower right corner and one yellowish accretion near lower left edge; two horizontal tears (1.5" and 1") along right edge; faint time staining and mat burn to extreme edge; early signs of foxing, mostly to the edges. Framed under glass.
