Condition Report*:
Small loss to upper left corner of board. Scattered scuffs and small accretions, some of which are likely paint. Finely patterned craquelure throughout. Slight yellowing to the varnish layer. Unglazed; not examined out of frame.
Under UV: varnish fluoresces green unevenly. A few small dots and dashes of retouching to the sky and mountain in the background, and a vert few to the belly and haunches of the bay horse at left.
