At a respectable 9.4 centimeters, this specimen is an excellent pencil-shaped Aquamarine crystal that tapers upward and comes to a thin, but neatly-formed point. While Aquamarine specimens from Shigar Valley are nothing short of plentiful, terminations like this are not seen very often. The glassy prismatic faces are water-clear and light blue, while the termination has a very defined frosted exterior. The astounding shape, transparency, and luster make for a very aesthetic Aquamarine piece.
