The bowl with shaped rim and open work base of foliage and berries on stepped foot.

This bowl, made for Sanborns, a department store in Mexico City, was inspired by the Louvre bowl designed by the Danish silversmith, Georg Jensen. An example of Jensen's bowl, dating to circa 1925, is also available in this sale.
