The two finely carved figures of a Viking man and woman, man with winged helmet and extended right arm, detailed belted tunic overlaid with buttoned mantle, sash supporting sword held in right hand and horn hung from belt to right, footwear laced up the leg, the female figure holding a horn with down turned face, belted tunic over skirt draped with mantle pooling on ground, draped headpiece with crown.
