Thompson & Knight LLP, Dallas.
Condition Report*:
Revarnished and relined canvas; faint areas of craquelure, commensurate with age; two tiny paint chips in tree of upper right quadrant; minor accretions in upper left corner; frame abrasion along left, bottom, and right edges; under UV examination, in-painting in the sky (scattered dots, as well as a 1" circular region in upper central sky and 1" region to the upper left of the trees); additional in-painting in the upper left corner, a 2.5 x 1.5" region and other scattered patches along the lower right edge, and a 7 x 2" region in the pond; otherwise good condition.
