Condition Report*: Re-lined and re-varnished canvas with completely stable paint film; under UV examination, scattered flecks of in-painting throughout the sky and in the water of the lower right quadrant; several dots of in-painting in the trees along the left side and on the building; 6" diagonal line of in-painting in the sky running from the corner of the building's cornice; otherwise good condition. Framed Dimensions 33.5 X 21.25 Inches
