As noted on the printed cover, iconic movie actress Clara Bow "Specially Posed" for this classic Bolles pin-up.
Condition Report*:
Re-lined canvas; previous stretcher creases visible; scattered inpainting to upper left hand corner and edge; strengthening to the edges of figure's hair with inpainting underneath figure's forearm and above finger tips and scattered points in her skirt; 2-inch linear area of inpainting with scattered points in the upper right hand corner; four 2.5 -inch linear areas of inpainting with two corresponding patches on verso in the lower left hand quadrant; scattered points of inpainting in the lower right hand quadrant and right edge; otherwise in good condition. Framed to an overall size of 25.5 x 19.75 inches.
