Condition Report*: Tiny water-based stain along left edge of print (near stairway).  Small brownish discoloration on verso, slightly visible on recto beneath woman's dress. 1.5" fine scratch on right edge of print near telephone wires (.5" on the print itself).  In the margins beneath the mat:  very slight toning of paper margins.  Apart from the presence of the scratch, the image is in very good condition.  Paper hinged in upper corners to backing board.  Framed under glass.   Sheet size:  13 7/8 x 18 1/8" Top margin:  1 ¼" Side margins:  2" Bottom margin:  1 ½" Framed Dimensions 20.25 X 24.25 Inches
