Results from October 2006 Heritage Decorative Arts Auction!

Over $2.8 Million Sold, After-Auction Sales Still Ongoing

DALLAS, TEXAS: Heritage Auction Galleries' latest Decorative Arts auction, held October 19 & 20 in Dallas, Texas, posted results of $2,873,592 for 863 lots offered, although after-auction sales are still ongoing, and are expected to push the total even higher.

"This well-received auction boasted an abundance of objects from the minute to the monumental," said Michael Wolf, Deputy Managing Director of Fine and Decorative Arts for Heritage. "Nearly a thousand items were drawn from estates and collections of excellent quality and great diversity, with items ranging from the rarest tiny silver nutmeg grater to important grand antique furnishings."
