Condition Report*:

The following condition report has been prepared by Alverez Fine Art Services, Inc., New York. A treatment report is also available upon request, and will be included with the lot. Condition: This work on paper is in good and stable structural condition without tears, losses or planar distortions. Three small inserts have been placed at the upper-left, upper-right and lower-left corners to square the sheet and the paper has been supported from the recto with a thin acid-free mulberry tissue to ensure flatness and structural stability. Visually, the paper appears clean and the medium shows little sign of fading. This work does not require conservation treatment.

Testimonials:
I received the catalog and was very impressed with its color illustrations, descriptions and attractive layout. (It has better production values than the New York houses.)
