Condition Report*:

Re-varnished canvas, slightly loose on stretcher; faint stretcher creasing along top and right sides; dent with small puncture and 1/4" paint loss in arch of of upper right quadrant; 1/4" tear in floor of lower left quadrant; shallow dent and abrasion on face of left seated figure; two paint chips along upper left edge; under UV examination, areas of restoration difficult to read because of heavy varnish; scattered in-painting in arch and pillow behind right seated figure and along top of green shawl in lower right corner; otherwise good condition; frame dimensions:  28.5 x 35".
